it's been ages since i have my internet connection back
it's giving me the run around

1st time i go to upgrade my speed from 1mb to 4mb
they told me it needs 3 to 7 working days
after the 6th day i called them to follow up
imagine my surprise when they told me they don't have my form

2nd time i go to upgrade my speed from 1mb to 4mb
they just connect back my line
with no speed upgrade

3rd time
maybe i'm a gonna go tomorrow
but not so sure
with so many setbacks to upgrade my speed
and encounter so many problems

need to question myself
is it worth the hassle
when i'm paying them more to use a better speed
they kept lettin me down

i think i would be thinking for awhile if it's worth the trouble
